This is a question i've had for some time and trying to look into but i keep running into dead ends.

I've read quite a few reports about cold electricity. by cold electricity i mean anything powered by it would run cold. such as light bubls burning a blue color and cold to the touch, also the same with radio tubes. I was wondering if anyone could shine some light on the issue. As to whether those situations were just a one time phenomenon or if it had something to do with where their electricity came from or how it was made or what i'm confused. If so are there any devices out there that currently create this phenomenon.

yup information is scant, from what I've read/heard (and keeping in mind that some/much of this stuff can be bogus), perhaps I need to say "I don't know", here it is anyways...

heat is possibly drawn in from the surrounding environment making the device run cold (4 degrees Celcius) ... possibly a nuclear reaction (weak? strong? nuclear?) ... Tesla was into high voltage, low voltage/high current, up we go in the electromagnetic spectrum, starting with blue, then violet, ultra-violet, x-ray, gamma, cosmic ... okay I'm gonna say it "Joe Cell" and other similiar free energy devices ... zero-point energy devices drawing "orgone" aetheric energy from the black hole somewhere ... the vacuum at the center of the toroidal collector ... there is no one way to build one of these ... we as humans may contain one or many of these naturally in our biological make up, for surely the food that we eat is not all that is keeping us going!

It's also possible for a monopole filament bulb to illuminate (as a blue light) from electricity from the earth ... either from the electricity inducted from magneticism of the earth (are we using thisand changing the frequency of the earth until the poles will reverse?) ... or possibly more dramatically through the interaction between the earth and her atmosphere, lightning, ozone, orgone ... Tesla knew something

    Hey Andre,
In answer to your question. "Cold" electricity is real, the effects you were talking about are also very real. The effects are produced from the way this form of electricity is manifest. It is true that high voltage is used to create this cold electricty. Tesla first noticed this phenomena when edison was trying to push his DC power idea. When mechanical switches were quickly closed on high voltage DC lines a blue arc could be seen around the wires. Special grounding and overload circuits had to be put in place to prevent the overload of the entire system. Voltage and high Amp. power spikes would follow the switch closers though the system. These power spikes were of many millions of volts with the Amp. to match! So cold electricity is like man-made lightning. Tesla decribes separating the ether from the material. Which is basically using a high voltage DC power surge over a spark gap of a particular distance at a high frequency I think its like 230MHz. I am not positive about the frequence. I will have to get back to you about that. However if you are going to experiment with this make sure you use every safety device in the book. You will get fried if you are not careful. Which means make sure there is a ground and a load on this at all times!!
